CMAs in Tempo vs. Realist Tax - (1 hour)
During this online webinar you will learn the pros and cons of using Tempo CMAs versus the Realist Tax CMAs. The Tempo CMAs allow you to make adjustments to the comparable properties in order to reflect a more accurate price for the subject property, while the Realist Tax allows you to search for properties not on the MLS (newly-built construction and FSBOs) as well as allows you to measure property perimeters and add arrows and notes to the property.
