SAFETY ALERT! We have received a recent report of medicines being stolen during an open house. |

The report in part reads: After an open house was held, a man came to the house & told the owner that he had been to the open house, but would like to take another look. The clients let him in & one of the kids saw the man go into the master bathroom medicine cabinet & take a prescription bottle.
In another instance, a call was taken from a man who said he had visited an open house on Sunday & that he was thinking of writing an offer & would like to take another look at the house. He was met at the house. He said he needed to take some measurements. The agent left to retrieve a tape measure from their car. Upon return they found the subject was not in the family room. The agent called out his name and ran upstairs & found him in the master bathroom.
He is described as a white male in his thirties, about 5'10" tall, medium to husky build with short dark hair. He was wearing medical scrubs. He had a tattoo on one of his legs.
